1. Who we are

SPARO is operated by Maravelle Inc. ("Maravelle", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use SPARO (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using SPARO on behalf of an organization or household, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Using SPARO for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Sending spam, malware, or attempting to compromise security.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or probing the Service.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Circumventing plan limits or technical restrictions.

5. Intellectual property

SPARO, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Maravelle Inc. and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep SPARO running, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make reasonable efforts to let you export data before deletion.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maravelle Inc.'s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Maravelle Inc. against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
