Cookie Policy

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for SPARO to function. Disabling these will break sign-in and core features.

• Authentication session — stored in your browser's localStorage by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in. Not a traditional cookie, but functionally equivalent.
• Session refresh — small cookies set on the SPARO domain by the same provider so that server-rendered pages know you're logged in.
• App preferences — display size, chosen timezone, and other UI preferences saved locally in your browser so the app opens where you left off.

2. Functional (loaded when you use a feature)

Set by third-party services only when you use a feature that needs them.

• Google Maps — loaded on screens that show a map, address autocomplete, or travel-time estimates. Google may set cookies on its own domain. See Google's cookie policy.
• Paddle (checkout) — loaded only when you open the subscription checkout. Paddle is our payment processor and Merchant of Record; it may set cookies to process the transaction and prevent fraud. See Paddle's cookie notice.
• Connected calendars and email — if you connect a Google Calendar or email inbox, that provider's OAuth flow may set cookies on its own domain during sign-in.

3. Marketing / advertising

None. SPARO does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
