Delete your SPARO account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, events, family members, calendar connections, rules, reminders, and any AI history tied to your account. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile
- Events, proposed events, todos, trips, and travel plans
- Family members, household membership, and share links
- Email/calendar connections and SMS handles
- Preferences, learned defaults, and subscription records
Billing records held by our payment provider (Paddle) are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Cancel an active subscription before deleting so you are not billed again. Backups are purged on our normal 30-day rotation.
