Family Vacation Packing Checklist

Packing for a family isn't a list problem — it's a coordination problem. This checklist splits every item across the adults and kids who need to pack it, so nothing ends up packed twice or left behind. Copy it into a shared SPARO checklist and assign an owner to each line.

Documents & essentials (adult in charge)

  • Photo ID / passports for every traveler
  • Boarding passes or car rental confirmation
  • Insurance and pediatrician contact card

Kids — clothing (one row per kid)

  • Outfits × (trip days + 2) rolled by day

Day-of departure

  • Thermostat set, trash out, plants watered
  • Hold mail / package delivery
